Mandavilla

This is one of my favorite flowers, they are so pretty and so pink!!! It's just a shame that I have not been able to keep one alive thru the winter yet. I'm open to any tips on how to do that. Every spring I'm off to the nearest nursery to buy a new one!!!! I've always kept mine in pots, never tried putting one in the ground........

I love these too. I have the "red velvet" one(Even my husband noticed it and said it was beautiful).

For the winter..they can't last below about 50 or so degrees..but some people have said they cut them way back and mulch them real heavy (ones in the ground) and they've come back..me? I have to move it in cause it's in a big pot. All the leaves fall off and you still have to water it but so far it's making it. Nancy is the expert maybe she can help you.

Ya know, up here in the land of the freezing cold, our nurseries will take our flowers over the winter and take care of them for us. Now, I am sure that they charge a pretty penny for it, but I don't know. As for anything else, I also go to the nearest nursery every summer!!

Your picture is very pretty!
